Registration Details

Rooms at the Host Hotel are booking up quickly. Out of 200 rooms, 50 are booked and another 20 rooms will be booked by the Beijing China HOG Chapter. Better make your reservation soon! On-line Registration should be up in a day or two.

Pre-Registering for the rally will get you free merchandise with your registration fee.

Pre-Registering for the Prime Rib dinner will get you a $45 dinner at a cost of only $25. We'll pick up the rest for you as our way of saying thanks for pre-registering.

Early Pre-Registering will get you into the Host Hotel.

Pre-Registration will get you entered into a drawing for two $250 cash prizes.

More incentives will be announced as they become available. So, check back often!

You must be a current National H.O.G. member to register for the Pennsylvania State H.O.G. Rally. Each national H.O.G. member registered for the rally may register one guest. Everyone must sign a release form to attend Rally events.

Pre-registration will be available online and via mail sometime after the New Year.

Cost:
H.O.G. Member: $35.00 for each national H.O.G. member (includes wristband, official rally patch and dog-tag, entry into opening & closing ceremonies, and each evening's entertainment).

Guest: $30.00 for each guest (includes wristband, entry into opening & closing ceremonies and each evening's entertainment, no patch or dog-tag).

The Pre-Registration deadline is May 31, 2012.

If you miss pre-registration, you will be able to register at the rally at the cost of $35.00 per person which does not include patch or dogtag. Rally merchandise for on-site purchase is limited in quantity and sizes and will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that there will be NO refunds of pre-registrations.

If you are unable to attend the rally after pre-registering, you may get your rally packet by either sending $5 to cover shipping costs and your confirmation card/e-mail to the above address OR you may have a friend or family member attending the rally pick up the packet for you. They will need your confirmation card/e-mail and will be able to pick up your packet from 8 a.m to 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 21, 2012.
