Frequently Asked Questions
| Q. |
What are the registration hours of operation and location? |
| A. |
Registration is at the host hotel, the Penn Stater. For the most up-to-date times, please click on "schedule" on the left side menu. |
| Q. |
What is the registration fee and what do I get for my money? |
| A. |
The pre-registration fee is $35.00 which includes wristband for access to all rally areas, rally dogtag and rally patch, and each evening's entertainment and dealer lunches. Also included is the welcome package, door prizes each night, guided rides, contests and bike games with prizes. On-site registration fee is $35 but does not come with rally dogtag and rally patch. |
| Q. |
What if I arrive at the rally and registration is closed? |
| A. |
You may still attend events by showing your confirmation, a valid ID and your national H.O.G. membership card. Then you will be able to register when Registration re-opens in the morning. |
| Q. |
Can I use a credit card to register? |
| A. |
Yes, but only if you pre-register on-line. |
| Q. |
Do I have to use a credit card to register? |
| A. |
No. If you prefer, you may pre-register by clicking on the "Pay by mail with a check" button on the Registration page, fill out the form, print it, and mail it. Registrations MUST be postmarked by midnight, May 31, 2012 to qualify for pre-registration. |
| Q. |
What if I am unable to pre-register? |
| A. |
You may register on-site. You will need to bring your national H.O.G. membership card. The registration fee is $35.00, can be paid by cash or check, and does not include any merchandise. NO CREDIT CARDS will be accepted on-site. |
| Q. |
Will I receive any confirmation that I am registered? |
| A. |
Yes. For on-line registrations a confirmation will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address you list on your registration form. It will be sent almost instantaneously. Please check your junk/spam mail if you do not receive it within a very short time of sending in your registration. This is the only confirmation you will receive. Mail-in registrations will receive a postcard via US Postal Service, sent out mid-June. |
| Q. |
Do I need to bring the confirmation card to the rally? |
| A. |
Please bring your confirmation e-mail or card. It makes your sign-in experience easier. But if you forget, we can get you signed in without it, however you will be in line much longer. |
| Q. |
Will rally merchandise be available for purchase during the rally? |
| A. |
Yes, a limited amount of rally merchandise will be available on-site for purchase. The only way to guarantee you will get to buy merchandise is by pre-registering. |
| Q. |
Do I need my national H.O.G. membership card? |
| A. |
Yes, you will need a current national H.O.G. membership card for verification. This will speed up your registration experience. If you forget it, we can still check you in but you'll be in another line for verification. If your membership has expired or will expire during the rally you will be required to renew prior to check-in or registering on-site. There will be someone to renew your membership on-site during the rally OR you may call 1-800-CLUBHOG to join or renew. |
| Q. |
Do I need to sign a release form? |
| A. |
Yes, all attendees are required to sign a release form. However, if you want to speed up the process at Registration, click on "Release Form" at the bottom of any screen on this site, download the form, print it out, fill it in, and bring it with you. |
